About me….well mostly I like to make stuff. I have had a long time love affair with all things crafty, vintage, handmade and original. I believe in thrifting, improvising and making it up as you go along. I believe that creating connects people and makes life so much sweeter. One-of-a-kind is my favorite kind and handmade is where it’s at. I live in Quesnel with my husband Will, and daughter Stella. I love making my baby girl laugh and showing her how much fun it is to create and live in the moment.
I am from a family of independent entrepreneurs and I am passionate about supporting local small business and other independents. I have had a very “curvy” career path and sometimes I still don’t know what to be when I grow up. For now, I am an artist/crafter/entrepreneur and been selling some things that I make online and around Quesnel. I also attend craft shows around BC from time to time.
Currently, I spend a lot of time sewing handbags, baby and toddler clothing, soft dolls, home accessories and some other random things as the spirit moves me. I am inspired by vintage patterns, thrifted finds, my late Grandma Margie – master seamstress, old records, my girl Stella, books and being outside.
I sincerely hope that what I put out into the world brings as much joy where it lands as it brings me to make it.
Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Amy,
I like your bags..they look really fun. Maybe I’ll be able to make it to the farmer’s market in August when I come home to Quesnel to check out your stuff.
Looks like you’re having fun! Keep it up
